ASLAA meetings generally are hosted by local repositories and rotate throughout the St. Louis area. Meetings typically last 1 hour, followed by another hour of educational speakers, tours, or demonstrations.
In addition to the twice-yearly official meetings, ASLAA offers many other kinds of opportunities for its membership to grow professionally. These include:
Supporting the continuing education and professional development of the archival community through free and low-cost workshops, webinars, and trainings.
Connecting members of the community together by hosting speakers and panels, service events, and casual social gatherings.
All ASLAA-sponsored events are announced to members via email. Please see each listing for details, including registration links. If you are interested in hosting a future meeting, conducting a future educational opportunity, or have a suggestion for future speakers or programs, please email stlarchivists@gmail.com!
